February 8th & 9th, 2003 - Blomquist Bryological Foray - Sponsored by Duke University and hosted by Georgia Southern College in Douglas, Georgia.  The trip consisted of 2 days of exploring the Broxton Rocks Ecological Preserve and examining the moss, liverwort, and lichen communities.

November 8th, 2002 - Assisted Bruce Means with 1100 ft drift fence around Striped newt breeding pond in Apalachicola National Forest.
